Description of Services:
New England Studio will perform the agreed upon services as indicated
New England Studio will perform the agreed upon services as indicated
in section 01380 on pdf page 48 of the MWRS specs (7198) pdf file.
This will be in regards to photo and video file formats, IPTC file metadata, image quality and all
remaining requirements as indicated.
To Include the Following:
-Photography and videography solely at Holden MA jobsite.
-All digital file requirements will be fulfilled.
-8×10 hardcopies shall be provided monthly. Minimum 20 8×0 per month during construction.
– Minimum 50 8×10 hardcopies provided at completion.
-Videography shall be provided showing progress. 5 visits per month.
Fees For Services are as Follows:
Each visit to the site would be $575.00. This would be an all inclusive price taking into account
all aspects time, travel, videography, photography, hard copies, video
editing, notebooks etc. There would be no additional fees to the $575.00 per visit.
The understanding is 5 visits per month to fulfill the requirements of documenting progress.
All photographs and videography will be the property of the Authority
